Guidelines for Portfolio Resubmissions
Fall 09
- All portfolios should be turned in at the CPCS Office of Student Services on one of the designated due dates. Students who have submitted their portfolios and received an evaluation of IN PROGRESS for any of their papers should follow these guidelines for resubmission.
- Include a copy of the Progress narrative.
- Write a new cover letter that discusses the instructions given in the Progress report and describes what you did to revise the papers based on those instructions.
- Include revised papers only. The evaluators do not need to review papers that were accepted previously. Nor do they need to see the original versions of papers that have been revised.
- Make three copies of the portfolio (preferably with the revised papers copied on both sides).
- When you fill out the cover sheet, make sure that you indicate that this portfolio is a resubmission.
